SetMyCompany was founded by CA Jai Kumar Shah, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in cross-border advisory and international business structuring. As a Partner at eLagaan, one of India’s established tax and compliance platforms, Jai recognized that foreign companies expanding into India were underserved by large global providers who lacked the local depth needed to navigate India’s regulatory landscape effectively.
Based in Bangalore, SetMyCompany brings together a team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and compliance professionals who specialize in India entry services — from entity incorporation and EOR to payroll, tax compliance, and FEMA/RBI advisory.
